"Ed Callahan was very prompt and efficient in responding to my on line request for service to repair a leak around my Velux skylight. He diagnosed the problem, explained it in terms I could understand and gave a reasonable quote for the job needed. He fixed it when the weather allowed (which was within a day or so) and cleaned up afterwards. It was like he was never there! Should I need assistance in the future, I would not hesitate to give him a call, in fact, he would be the first person I would call. His pleasant demeanor and professionalism showed through in his work. Thanks again, Ed! I now have piece of mind when it rains!"
